construction management, tax appeal and insurance evaluation, routine
maintenance as well as detailed reporting systems that keep owners
apprised of the property status.
Our primary asset manager holds a masters degree in Building Construction Management, licensed real estate broker, licensed builder, certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). He has been managing office, retail, condominium association, single and multi-family residential for over 20 years.
